Are you worried about something?
Don't know what to do? It's time to talk.
Talking about your problems is a good way to get support. Often, someone else can help you see things differently. They can help you change things that are worrying or upsetting you.
You could talk to a member of your family - your mum, dad or someone else who cares for you.
You can also ring Childline on 08001111. The call is free and you can talk to them about anything.
We are here to help you.
We are here to help you. At school you can talk to your teacher or any other adult. If you are not sure what to say you can write it down and put the message in the class worry box and then someone will come and speak to you.
