School is CLOSED on Monday 26 June for a staff training day. This also allows children to celebrate the Eid El-Fitr festival without missing any school.

The school will be open on Tuesday for everyone.

Usually the day after Eid, children wish show off their Eid clothes or other ‘best’ outfits. However, this year I would like to suggest we do something different.

I am sure you are all in shock at what has happened in Grenfell Tower. Many of you, I know, have friends and family who have been directly affected.

We would all like to do something to help and at the same time send a message of support.A number of West London Schools are holding a non- uniform day with the theme #GreenforGrenfell.

I am suggesting that on Monday 27 June the children wear Eid clothes but also wear something green. This could be a hair ribbon, a pair of socks, a tee-shirt – anything green. We would also like to suggest that children give £1.00 which will be donated to JustGiving.com – a verified agency for the distribution of funds for the Grenfell Tower disaster.
